My musical journey began at the tender age of five where I fell in love with the music played at home by my parents who both came from Jamaica. One of my earliest memories is of being given the high privilege by my father to select records to play on his ‘gram!!, these were wonderful times on the weekends when family gatherings would happen. I caught the musical bug which has been with me ever since!
Throughout school, music remained central to my life and I made it my mission to go to anything reggae orientated even sneaking out the house! after starting as a box boy with a local sound system called Tribesman I eventually became a selector. I loved the opportunity to play music, roots reggae-the music with the message was my first choice however my taste in music was broad and I would play music across the board, spanning several decades.
As a Rasta I do not promote violence on any level so you will not hear me play anything that might be seen to condone this, you will however hear me occasionally play something that might surprise you.
