Every week at midnight on Monday til 2am Tuesday we shine the light on the singers, the players of instruments, the great studios and sound system anthems. We’re repeated from 8pm-10pm every Wednesday

Each week our show has a chosen theme. Each week we select a featured artist and draw versions of a classic rhythm. For the first show of the month we host Step It Up, 2 hours of original roots steppers from the 70s and early 80s

Roots Scientist: Roots reggae has been in my heart ever since the mid-eighties, when I was blessed to be able to enjoy many of JahShaka’s dances at Central and the Paradise Club. I’m thankful to be able to share this beautiful music which means so much to me.
